Day 1 - Arrive Orvieto, group dinner
Day 2 - Orientation walking tour, introduction to Italian culture,
olive oil tasting, using all your senses to discover
Orvieto
Day 3 - Understanding the café, coffee, cheese and meats,
history of Orvieto, cooking class
Day 4 - Discover the nuance behind our love of Italian cities,
Etruscan cave tour, wine tasting
Day 5 - Explore the weekly market, vineyard tour/wine tasting,
and a very special dinner
Day 6 - Uncover simple secrets of Italian cities, the
Cathedral, final dinner
Day 7 - Depart Orvieto

Cost - $2200 - 2375 in 2010, $2400 in 2011. Fee includes six nights double occupancy lodging. Single occupancy available for an additional cost. Because Italian cuisine is such fun, most meals are not prearranged or included. However you will never eat alone and we know all the best places to eat! Travel costs are not included.
